Ah, the wonderful Disclaimer page...

Let me start by confirming that this is truly, surely, as you should know by looking around, nothing but a simple fansite.

I make no claim to own any of the fandoms presented on this site. They are here because, yes, I'm a fan. They all belong to their respective copyright owners. Which is not me. I never said it was, and I will never say anything even remotely similar to that (because yep, you're right, it's not me).

Individual stories, such as the fan fiction, are works of the individual authors. (Stories written by other authors are credited as such). Such as, any random story, if I wrote it, then the idea behind that particular story is mine; if someone else wrote it, then the idea is theirs. The characters, settings and everything... yep, still not mine (or any other author on this site).

Original stories on this site are all mine! Unless otherwise stated, of course. For now, though, the only original stories here are mine.

If a story has a picture representing the title, and then picture contains a screen-cap taken from a TV show, movie, or whatnot... I'm still not claiming the cap is mine. The words I've added to the cap are mine, I added them using a photo-editing application. So yes, even though I've altered a picture, the picture under the words (yes, ANYTHING with a copyright) does not belong to me. Same thing applies to the Banners awarded to the people who have played the MagicalShire Trivia game. I captured a picture and added words to it. That does not make the picture mine, nor do I claim that it is.

Basically, if you're here, then you obviously must know what a fan site is. So, yeah, that's all this is, and that's all I am - a fan - who is trying to share a love of these fandoms with others who love them as well.
